Duties: Monitor system operations via our CMS and support new installations by scoping and installing internet monitoring devices for baseline development and building knowledge. Key interface with our Building Management System (BMS) partners and support their installation and the interface into CMS/COS. Liaise as the Building Plant subject matter expert working with the COS software development team to further the development of building optimal controls for decarbonization. Monitor the day-to-day operations of our BCCS and COS systems to ensure system performance, alarm notifications, and resolution. Serve as initial onsite response to system issues and resolution, and advise customers on the issue and the status for resolution. Inform and collaborate with CarbonQuest's operations and engineering groups for resolutions. Monitor our onsite carbon dioxide production and coordinate with transportation partners to schedule pickup and deliveries to offtake partners. Support troubleshooting of equipment during startups and operation. Oversee operation of CarbonQuest equipment. Obtain test data and monitor performance, and develop regular report scheduling. Support the pre-sales process and other commercial activities. Develop and document processes to help scale Customer Operations. Develop, implement, and manage internal workflow processes.Position requires: a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely related computer or systems engineering field, or foreign equivalent, with 3 years of experience in plant project engineering roles within the oil/gas/energy industries performing the following: (i) using software networking and cloud-based systems operations; (ii) troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintaining equipment; (iii) using MS Project, and 1 year of concurrent experience developing optimal controls for Boilers, HVAC, and Building Management Systems.Position in Spokane Valley, WA. May work from various unanticipated locations. May work remotely from anywhere in the US.
