Job Summary:
Provide corrective and preventative maintenance on all CMR exterior andinterior structures and systems. Includes plumbing repair, alteration,remodel, and install with abs, pex, copper sweating, steel/ironfitting; work on natural gas lines; backflow preventer repair andcertification; water treatment system repairs and testing; commercial HVACtroubleshooting and repair; motors, controls, and pneumaticsmaintenance; electrical repairs up to 220v, breakers/transformers;door and window repair/install; maintenance of building trim, decks,siding, FRP, drop ceilings, countertops, and cabinetry; wallframing; locksmithing; advanced commercial appliancerepair/maintenance; drywall, painting, surface prep, productselection, and texture matching; use of ladders and aerial lifts; tileand grou
Basic Requirements:
Must be flexible to working days and hours, especially ramp up/down andbusy occupancy periods.Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.Must be able to distinguish colors.Must be able to work in all types of conditions:Must be able to work in all types of conditions:Crawl spaces, cold or hot areas, inside and outside.Must be able to work in small, hard to reach places.Must be able to work on or around roof areas of buildingsMust be able to work well with others and be a team player, while helpingto lead and develop other staff members.Must keep accurate records and be able to communicate properly with vendorsand sub-contractors.Due to the sensitive nature of this position, a criminal background checkwill be conducted after position is accepted.
