Job Summary:
Performs routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance on a variety of utilities (gas, water, sewer, electrical), commercial kitchen, and building electro-mechanical systems and equipment. Show the abilities to perform these tasks in an unsupervised environment. Must have and use good common sense and decision making in the face of adverse electro-mechanical failures.

Job Responsibilities:
Demonstrate proficiency in all technical aspects of the job, Including HVAC, Refrigeration, plumbing systems, commercial kitchen equipment.
Demonstrate strong field supervisory skills and work with all team members and customers in a professional manner
Assure that all staff members are working within departmental and company protocols and are maintaining the necessary safety measures
Work directly with Maintenance Coordinator and Manager to plan and coordinate projects internally and with outside contractors
Responsible for performance management and evaluations of technicians
Responsible for hiring and staffing of technicians, with manager’s support
Responsible for schedules for staff, and on call coverage
Oversees projects with internal staff and external contractors
Responsible for day to day work responsibilities as well.
Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent - required
5-10 years’ experience or more in the HVACR trade.
Current certification in CFC handling - prefered
Must have a working knowledge of operating a DDC (direct digital control) system and the use of a computer based work order system. - required
Read, write, speak English - required
Valid state issued driver's license - required
Intermediate skier or snowboarder - preferred
The expected pay range is $24.00 - $34.12. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
