　　We are looking for a Commissioning & Service Engineer committed to Building Automation to be hired with a permanent contract in Bologna within the Smart Infrastructure Regional Solution & Service area.

　　Your Challenge

　　As a senior commissioning and service engineer your mission will be to commission and maintain comfort systems ensuring customer satisfaction.

　　Some of the main activities will be:

　　On-site technical and operational support in the design, development, installation and maintenance of equipment

　　Compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and policies applicable to each site.

　　Commissioning and maintenance of equipment associated with the building automation and climate control systems portfolio

　　Identifying and resolving electrical and mechanical product faults

　　Manage commissioning/field service routines interfacing also with third parties

　　Remote and on-site customer support

　　Maintenance of technical project archives

　　Involvement in technical design and development of commissioning/service offers.

　　Support and commissioning using innovative digital solutions and tools (developed by headquarters)

　　Diagnostic activities.

　　To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

　　Proven experience in comfort systems

　　Basic knowledge of the main technical standards CEI - UNI -ISO -EN

　　Proven experience in the basic operating principles of air conditioning, electrical and lighting systems.

　　Knowledge of standard communication protocols BACNET, KNX, LON, MODBUS, DALI.

　　Knowledge of and ability to programme the PXC product family will be considered a criterion of preference;

　　Knowledge of and ability to programme the DesigoCC platform will be considered a criterion of preference;

　　Knowledge of the most common computer technologies: Windows desktop and server operating systems, IP networks.

　　Knowledge and ability to read switchboard diagrams

　　Demonstrated competence in repair troubleshooting and testing of assigned programs.

　　Passionate and prepared to handle issues related to technological innovation and troubleshooting

　　Strong goal-oriented and customer service orientation, initiative, autonomy and propensity for teamwork

　　Willingness to undertake frequent business trips nationally and sometimes internationally

　　Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken

　　Ability to prioritise effectively, manage changes in priorities and solve problems

　　Willingness to learn about new and innovative technologies

　　Ability to establish and maintain positive and collaborative Proficiency in English and Italian
