　　Purpose of the Job

　　We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with an Mechanical trade background to workandleadasite-basedmaintenanceteam.Candidatesmusthavehandsonexperienceindealing with planned preventative maintenance and fault finding.This is a working position with a mixture of hands on and office based duities.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Maintenance Technician (Mechanical Bias)

　　· PlannedpreventativemaintenanceofMechanicalsystems

　　· Mustbeexperiencedinthefollowingsystems

　　· CRACunits,CCUunits,FCUunits,HVAC,ChilledandLPHWClosedLoopsystems,piping systems, L8

　　· Meetservicelevelagreementsandrespondtoemergencybreakdownsacrosssite

　　· EnsureallQHSErequirementsarefulfilledpriortoworkcommencing

　　· Specifyandordermaterialsasneededforworksandensurestocklevelsofcriticalsparesare kept updated

　　· Liaisewithhelpdesk,managementandcustomerswithupdatesonadailybasis

　　· Supervisesubcontractorsonsitetoensureacomprehensivecontractormanagementsystem, including H&S

　　· Positivelyandactivelycontributetoandparticipateincontinuousimprovementactivitiesintheteam

　　· Workingandsupervisingateamofmulti-disciplinedtechnicians

　　· Highstandardofhousekeeping,materialhandlingandsafetyatalltimes

　　· CertificationandexperienceinF-Gas

　　· Provideoncallcoveronarotabasisifrequired

　　· HealthandSafetyAwarenessandimplementationofallCBREpoliciesandproceduresrelated to QHSE and operational maintenance activities across client sites to include auditingrequirements

　　· ReviewMethodStatements&Riskassessmentsonplanned,remedialandprojectworks

　　· LiaisingwithHelpdeskdailytoensurethatbothscheduledandunscheduled(reactiveworks) are complete within KPI expectations

　　· Liaisingwithclients,techniciansandhelpdesktoensuresatisfactoryoutcometoallworkactivities

　　· Deliveryofplannedpreventativemaintenanceactivitiestoclient’ssystems&services

　　· Completionofreactiverepairsensuringminimumdowntimeonclientplantandequipment

　　· Proactiveapproachtodeliveringmaintenanceinanefficientandeffectivemanner

　　· Theabilitytocompleteallpaperworkandmaintenanceprocedures inatimelyandappropriate manner to include all activities and reporting

　　· Prioritisingofworkloadasrequiredtoaccommodatedailyclientrequestsandrequirements and assist in delegating work to site team members as per business requirements

　　· Identifyitemsofplantandequipmentthatmayposeapotentialrisk toequipmentuptimeand report these in a clear, concise and timely manner

　　· Providetechnicalsupporttoonsiteteamandclientonallongoingtechnicalactivities

　　· Problemsolvingensuringasolutionforallrequiredrepairsinatimelymanner

　　· Positivelyandactivelycontributetoandparticipateincontinuousimprovementactivities ofthe client’s business

　　· TradequalifiedMechanicalHVACtechnicianwithatleast5years’experience

　　· Haveexperienceinreviewingtomethodstatements,riskassessments,SafePlansof Actions and Permits associated with their work activities

　　· ExperienceinHVACessential

　　· ExperienceinBMSessential

　　· F-Gasqualificationpreferred
