　　The lift operator works hands-on in the man lift, performing all primary tree care services; pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, and proper and safe rigging techniques.

　　Ensure that all tree care work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards.

　　Participates in all job site safety briefings and is consistently up to date on all job safety skills.

　　Understand and perform proper job site security procedures.

　　Conduct tree risk assessments prior to working on trees.

　　Ensure that all equipment safety and maintenance procedures are followed.

　　Proficient in the installation of supplemental support systems (cabling and bracing).

　　Proficient in the use of wood/log moving equipment.

　　Follow directions from the Crew Leader, Sales Arborist, and Owner.

　　Always adhere to all industry and company safety standards and policies including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

　　Perform other job-related tasks requested by Crew Leader or Owner for the successful operation of the business.

　　Qualifications:

　　Proficient in using advanced use of Lift equipment

　　Knowledge of basic knots and rope operation for rigging

　　CDL License required

　　Valid Drivers license and Clean Driving record required

　　Posess or be willing to acquire a valid D.O.T Medical Card

　　Must pass a company driving test

　　Prior chainsaw operation experience

　　Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

　　Willingness to assist on the ground crew
