Global BPS Marketing team is responsible for driving brand preference among our key audiences, leading development of ATL and BTL campaigns and ABM efforts to do so. The team also leads the brand partnership pillar which currently holds two key brand partnerships.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the brand partnership between HP and a top-tier partner to be announced
· Key contact between the brand partner and HP for all things.
· Deliver industry leading, break-through marketing content and assets to be deployed globally
· Develop and manage the partnership strategy, objectives, content calendar and stakeholder influencing and management
· Manage and align strategy work with other Business unit stakeholders
· Lead campaign performance measurement programmes, report and implement these learnings to optimize future partnerships.
· Manage campaign budgets within PS overall budget, SOW, PO, Reconciliation
· Manage all logistics related to the brand partnership: meetings, travel, approvals, budget
Knowledge & Skills:
· Minimum of 8 years in global strategic and/or creative marketing roles across both consumer and commercial audiences with at least 3 years specifically in the PC / IT industry and/or related field. Ideally at least 3 years experience in managing brand partnerships
· Demonstrable knowledge and experience in brand partnerships, brand strategy, content marketing, and social media marketing to end-users and business decision makers
· Strong creative instincts. You will be able to identify great creative from average creative and know how to push for the best work.
· Proven track record of global agency/client/ complex stakeholder management
· Exceptional writing and presentation skills and ability to influence different stakeholders
· Experience in setting/executing learning agendas and testing / optimizing across campaigns
· High level of tact and diplomacy; ability to interact with all levels of the company and marry differing priorities, from top to bottom
· Budget planning and process management
· Driven, energetic, transformational and engaging
· Superior project management skills with the ability to run multiple assignments simultaneously.
· Ideally bilingual in English and Spanish
Impact/Scope:
· Typically supports the manager – independently driving these prominent projects within the business. This includes planning through to execution.
· Interacts with brand partners and stakeholders, markets, other BUs and regions concerning brand strategy and campaign development.
· Strongly influences peers and managers within the region, function, or business group.
Complexity:
· High – cross- functional/cross-organizational senior management, partner and/or customer interface; deals with complex strategic issues.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
· 8+ years of work experience in related field
· Strong experience working in or with a large, global organization
