　　Requirements

　　What you will do...

　　Contract management, ensuring accuracy of monthly contract billing, processing of all contract additions, modifications, and cancellations for Clients and Contractors.

　　Independent contractor management alongside the IC Recruiter

　　Responsible for cash management, daily bank deposits and mail collection/sorting.

　　Supply management- oversee purchase orders, work with vendors on managing on-time deliveries, and communicate backorders.

　　Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

　　Create reports and financial statements, working with management to determine variances.

　　Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements (i.e., sales tax).

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　What is required...

　　Minimum 2 years in an accounting (or related experience, education)

　　Strong understanding and application of basic accounting rules

　　Strong attention to detail and follow-up/follow-through

　　MUST be a fast learner and able to work independently with minimal direction

　　Degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred...
