The work is highly precise in nature andrequires a very strong attention to detail. It is vital for the work output tobe very high quality, with correct results, time and time again. Checkingand double-checking is often necessary; individuals performing the job mustbe patient and conscientious. Both the content and the presentation areimportant; all work must be highly polished. There is little ambiguity inthis job. It is very clear what needs to be done, and what the expectedresults are. This clarity will come either from the company's management,or from established professional disciplines and processes. The establishedprocedures and processes must be followed very closely; there is little roomor necessity to modify them. Much of the work can be accomplished by workingat a steady, even pace. There is much consistency and familiarity from oneday to the next. It is generally feasible to plan large blocks of work aheadof time. When work duties do change, there is ample foresight and time toprepare. The work is best accomplished working as an individual, without agreat dependence on other people or "politics" for results. The work ishelpful in nature; providing support and/or service to others in anenvironment free from competition. Interacting with customers requires aprofessional, formal manner where the focus is on completing the taskpleasantlAs a Marketing Coordinator, you will provide project management support forNBH Bank divisional brand marketing campaigns (Bank Midwest, CommunityBanks of Colorado and Hillcrest Bank), in addition to a wide range ofmarketing and communication projects. You will be responsible for a varietyof tasks including assisting in maintenance of a weekly project status reportthat allows the marketing team to effectively and efficiently track andcommunicate status of all active marketing projects, thoroughly proofreadinternal and external communications, and assist in gathering and publishingcontent on company website, intranet, and social media channels andmaintain monthly social media content calendars. You will conduct secondaryresearch on financial or banking topics to aid in competitive brandtracking, understanding of client insight, and assist with thedissemination of marketing information throughout the organization viaappropriate channels. Additionally, Marketing Coordinators are expected tomonitor company social media pages on daily basis and provide regularreporting on page activity to Marketing Manager and Chief Marketing Officer,maintain know edge of current technologies and social trends and makerecommendations for improvements/advancements, build a great rapport withclients and fellow associates, and treat others with respect andconsideration regardless of their status or position.All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistentcompliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to theposition, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Officeof Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possessthe following qualifications.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or upto 3 years of relevant job experience in marketing.Strong written and verbal communications skills, and editing experience,which includes an aptitude for grammar, style and business writing.Desired Qualifications: To be considered an ideal candidate, you shouldpossess some of the following qualifications:Advanced degree or certification in the marketing/communications field.Relevant job experience in marketing, social media, or graphic design.Basic knowledge of the financial services industry.InDesign and Photoshop program experience.Working knowledge of CMS platforms for editing and publishing content.Basic photography skillsSkills and Abilities:Below is a general list of desired skills andabilities; this is not an exhaustive list.Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesignProficient in MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointAbility to gather, interpret and present information and...
