One of our large NY based healthcare clients are in search of a Brand Insights Director that directs and develops marketing strategy projects, and are responsible for surfacing new consumer insights and influencing program directors and managers in support of their business objectives for the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Develops and articulates a short-term strategic vision for areas of responsibility.
Works with the leadership to develop strategic operating goals, objectives, and budget. Reports operational performance, justification, and/or corrective actions.
Works with the leadership to facilitate the development of integrated marketing research and their implementation for organization clinical services, hospitals and ambulatory facilities. Establishes strong relationships with clinical and hospital leadership to understand objectives and opportunities.
Leads the development and execution of integrated marketing research tailored to reach target audiences through channels utilized by audience members. Integrates various tactics that are used to drive results that support business objectives.
Manages day-to-day relationships with outside marketing research vendors. Directs vendors in development of strategies and execution.
Utilizes database analysis and market research to direct marketing efforts and provides direction for enhancing digital campaigns and website content.
Builds and maintains productive inter/intra departmental and vendor work relationships to optimize operations.
Oversees compliance with government and agency regulations.
Ensures adequate scheduling and assigns responsibilities to ensure an equitable distribution of work.

Develops and maintains a new consumer market segmentation and journeys in partnership with research vendor, by reporting results and surfacing new insights to brand, marketing and clinical teams.
Experienced in the design and deployment of quantitative surveys and qualitative discussion guides; comfortable facilitating virtual consumer focus groups.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
8-12 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
Deep experience with market research, insights generation and presentation of key findings and recommendation is strongly preferred
