MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE NEEDED IN SIMILAR ROLES:
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:Plan and develop the brand strategy for market growth.Partner with cross functional teams, work directly with customers and plan a strategy that includes creative manufacturing solutions, channel strategies, planning route to market and develop a complete communication & marketing plan including local production of campaigns.Land projects in short-time frames with multiple customers with a mindset of creating strong future growth plans.Conduct brand and team stewardship, agency and cross-functional leadership and creativity.Coordinate brand P&LAlign brand marketing strategies with CCDMake brand decisions according to insights and connections reports.Analysis of brand data (Nielsen, Kantar, Millward Brown, market trends)Brand forecast and S&OP follow up.Develop growth strategy.Lead on the pricing process of the brandEvaluate the launch of new segments/ platformsExecute communication planDeployment of innovation Projects.Coordinate and lead brand activation and sponsorshipsLEVEL OF EDUCATION NEEDED: Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business, industrial engineering or a related field require.
