Define GTM strategy for the products that will pave the way for a market expansion
Develop a successful launch plan to ensure the commercial success of the product
Build business models, business cases and operating plans that will allow the company to capture the value for customers
Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders(such as distributors and customers) that will allow us to generate new learnings / insights of user personas and journeys
Provide insights into products, technology and market trends
Develop specifications, user stories, road maps, customer needs documents and market requirement documents
Collaborate multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions to customers
Work closely with the sales, clinical and technical teams to train, support and provide appropriate content of collateral material
Initiates and analyses market research and develop sales tools
Organize seminar for product promotion and present product’s value and benefit
Provide sales training to internal & external sales forces
Education : A bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution
Prefer an MBS or other advanced degreeExperience : Minimum 6 years IVD experience with increasing experiences and responsibility as product marketing specialists
Required Skills :
English communication skills in writing and spoken is a must
Prefer IVD Chemistry marketing working experience
Experience channel management
Proven experience working with clinical value proposition and delivering message to decision makers
The capacity for self-motivation, creative problem solving and independent initiatives
Experience driving stakeholders alignment across a divers organization
