Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with a can-do attitude to be a part of a fast-paced, rapidly growing team. You will perform a number of different administrative and office support duties in this Administrative Assistant position. Are you skilled at mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? 　　Your responsibilities

　　Answer telephone calls

　　Greet and direct visitors

　　Support a variety of projects for other employees

　　Complete word processing, filing, and faxing Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systemsHands-on experience with HP

　　Solid understanding of AB Testing

　　Wide ranging experience with Surgery

　　Prior experience with Anatomy

　　Review experience

　　Comprehensive knowledge of documentation

　　Local Candidates experience required

　　Proven knowledge of Workstation Support

　　Experience with ST Microcontoller

　　Practical knowledge of Copays

　　Proficiency in Schedule Appointments

　　Operations experience required

　　Comprehension of Insurance Company

　　Previous experience working with Verify Insurance

　　Earlier work involving Packets

　　Well-founded grasp of Clinical Trial Operations

　　Skills in Surgical Skills

　　General familiarity with charts and graphs

　　Good understanding of A Plus

　　Solid understanding of Register Patients

　　Scheduling experience

　　Quality experience with CPT Codes

　　At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

　　Proven ability to use the internet for research
