Branch Manager-South Metro Atlanta; Henry County

　　Role: To direct the operations of a branch bank facility with combined loans and deposits of approximately $40 million, ensuring the office meets organizational financial, operational, service, and growth plans.

　　Duties and Responsibilities: To lead and monitor branch operating results relative to established objectives. Direct, develop, motivate, hire, and discipline branch personnel; administer performance evaluations and recommend appropriate personnel actions. Generate and underwrite consumer and small business loans within authorized levels. Identify, refer, and support loan opportunities in excess of individual authority. Represent the branch as appropriate in relationships with customers, business community, and civic organizations. Monitor all branch activities to insure they are in compliance with established bank policies and procedures.

　　Knowledge and Experience: Three to five years of similar or related experience. Courtesy, customer service, and tact are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and outside of the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation. The position requires good communication and leadership skills. Well organized and attentive to detail. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use related software.
