　　Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and nursing wages ranging from $36 - $46 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our beautiful Senior Assisted Living community, Amira Choice Champlin Shores. This nursing role would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior-age residents are met at our vibrant Assisted Living & Memory Care located in Champlin, MN.The health care team is supported by a Director of Health Services Nurse. Executive Director, resident assistant/caregiver support, housekeeping, activities, and culinary teams.

　　The full-time nursing schedule includes;

　　80 hours in two weeks

　　Every other weekend and holidays rotation

　　Responsibilities/Job Description

　　Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status

　　Implements new and updated current resident care plan

　　Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and gets orders as needed

　　Manages and oversees timely and accurate medication and treatment administration

　　Acts as support to the Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times

　　Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff

　　Qualifications

　　Required:

　　Current MN RN license or by start date

　　BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currentlyenrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must beobtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independentpractice

　　AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

　　Preferred:

　　Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

　　Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN

　　Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
