Branch Manager 1 This position involves managing a single location with total deposits of less than $100 million and a member base of 5000 or fewer. The manager s primary responsibility is to ensure outstanding service is provided to both internal and external members, meeting or exceeding the organization s BHAGS, mission, vision, and core values. The ideal candidate should embody the credit union s values by: consistently coaching and developing their team to provide a best-in-class member and team member experience. collaborating with the community as well as departments and team members outside of their direct report to carry out our mission and vision together. cultivating a highly engaged environment that aligns with the organization s mission, vision, values, and strategies. providing recommendations to enhance organizational initiatives, products, and services based on feedback gathered from members, team members, and the community. embracing technological innovation to support the brick-and-mortar branch of the future. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE bachelor s degree in business or a related field, and a minimum of four to five years experience in a related field; or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
