　　Express Employment is seeking a Break Press Machine Operator!

　　Pay: \$19.50/hr

　　Schedule: M-Th from 5am - 3:30pm

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Studies prints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or samplepart to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work-piece,sequence of operations, for pre-set NC machines

　　Measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points on materialor work-piece as guides for subsequent machining

　　Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools,attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as mills,lathes, jig borers, grinders, and shapers

　　Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such asspeed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enterscommands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control mediaunder direct supervision of Lead

　　Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions orout-of-tolerance machining, and when directed adjusts machine controlsor control media

　　Verifies conformance of finished work-piece to specifications

　　Operates hoist safely

　　Performs other duties that may be assigned

　　Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

　　High School or GED or Metals Fabrication Certificate from a technicalcollege or trade school; or three to six months related experienceand/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiencedesired.

　　Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, shortcorrespondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small groupsituations to customers, clients, and other employees of theorganization.

　　Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fundamentals of planeand solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such asfractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

　　Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructionsfurnished in written, verbal or diagram form. Ability to deal withproblems involving several concrete variables in standardizedsituations.
