Analyze misconduct, KRI's, and risk landscape holistically to better understand the aggregate risk to the business.Develop ongoing reporting for senior leadership and the board regarding misconduct and risk.Collaborate with Balfour Beatty U.S. compliance professionals, cross-functional partners, and business stakeholders on ethics and compliance matters, to include the development of policies and guidelines on compliance-related topicsServe as E&C subject matter expert when advising the business.Perform key and essential tasks as assigned by the VP of Ethics & Compliance or the Chief Compliance OfficerUndertake program initiatives as necessary to adv nce the Ethics and Compliance Program.Who we're looking forBA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field or JD.Minimum of 8 years ethics and compliance experienceKnowledge of and experience with compliance monitoring and testingCertified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred but not required.Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred but not required.Accessibility: If you need an accommodation as part of the employment process,  please contact Human Resources at:Phone: 610-355-8100Email: [email protected]
