Boxgreen is looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Executive to grow the eCommerce marketplace business for Boxgreen and to support commercial development across the region. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in developing marketing insights to drive the eCommerce aspect of the business.

　　Job Description

　　Develop and grow the existing eCommerce marketplace sales through performance marketing

　　Drive the commercial strategy for portfolio brands on our website and online marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, fairprice online etc

　　Project management and coordination between internal teams, channel partners and platforms

　　Conceptualizing, budgeting and executing marketing campaigns on various marketplaces

　　Ensure product listing information is consistent across all online ecommerce stores and products are in stock.

　　Building the optimal marketing, promotion and assortment strategy by brand

　　Accountability for eCommerce operations and marketing execution

　　Build strong relationships with channel partners. Work with them to develop mutual sales objectives, financial targets and critical milestones. 

　　Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure stocks are well planned, stocked and fulfilled on time to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience

　　Formulate and execute digital marketing demand-generation initiatives including but not limiting to on-site activity, social media, display, eDM, SEO and SEM

　　Manages inventory (ensure stock balancing between online and offline), promotional mechanism (e.g. bundles creation, discounts activation, vouchers etc

　　Study the market competitors' activities and industry trends to develop and implement better sales strategy and processes

　　Work closely with the marketing team to implement ecommerce initiatives and marketing campaigns.

　　Tracking and following up with the clients’ orders, enquires and their emails

　　Any other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.

　　Requirements

　　Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management or any related courses 

　　At least 3 years of work experience as a digital marketing executive or ecommerce executive is preferred. 

　　Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

　　Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal

　　Warmth, resourcefulness and good judgment

　　Artistic and innovative flair

　　Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends

　　Able to based in KL
