　　Beverage Server Arizona Charlie’s Boulder (Las Vegas, NV)

　　Description:

　　Summary: Takes, retrieves and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages courteously and efficiently according to job specification. Answers guest questions and provides outstanding guest service.

　　Essential Functions:

　　Inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies.

　　Greet guests and take their orders. Anticipate guest’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, in a friendly and courteous manner.

　　Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non alcoholic selections available.

　　Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by the state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minor and intoxicated persons.

　　Be familiar with all hotel services/ features and provide information to guests, as needed

　　Answers guest questions, as needed

　　Legibly document orders when POS is down and distribute orders to respective Bartender for preparation of order.

　　Retrieve orders from Bar area and serve promptly to guests

　　Replace ashtrays within the Pit with 4 butts with clean ashtray by using capping method.

　　Follow all Clark County Health Codes.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Requirements:

　　Qualifications/Requirements:

　　Previous experience as a beverage server

　　One year experience as a beverage server in a bar, lounge, or hotel/casino environment preferred

　　Compute quickly and accurately basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers)

　　Ability to use computers and calculators

　　Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal

　　Excellent customer service and communication skills

　　High school diploma or equivalent preferred

　　At least 21 years of age

　　Walk, stand or stoop up to 100% of time.

　　Walk, stand, and/or crouch on narrow and/or slippery surfaces.
