　　Major responsibilities

　　Put together financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

　　Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts

　　Settle accounts by reconciling entries

　　Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

　　Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

　　Maintain and balance general ledger

　　Sustain collections of historical records by organizing documents Requirements - Practical knowledge of Manage Vendor Relationships

　　Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

　　Journal entries experience highly desired

　　General familiarity with Online Payments

　　Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Collecting Payments

　　Well-founded grasp of bank statements

　　Proven knowledge of general ledger

　　Collections experience preferred

　　Earlier experience working with various types of accounting software desired

　　BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

　　Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
