Description

A growing consumer product company in Eatontown is looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to manage our growing portfolio and contribute to our continued success. Any experience in dealing with major big box stores like Walmart and Cosco is preferred but not required. Any experience with GST or VAT sales tax reporting is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Process customer payments, including handling chargebacks from large retailers.

Analyze and resolve discrepancies in transactions with counterparties.

Post daily invoices via EDI.

Monitor aging receivables and follow up on delinquent accounts.

Research and dispute customer claims and chargebacks.

Match supplier invoices to purchase orders and enter them into the system.

Create detailed accounting reports for management.

Prepare month-end journal entries and analyses.
