　　What you get to do every day

　　Update Accounts Payable

　　Maintains sales tax records and creates and files quarterly payments

　　Accounts Receivable

　　Keep a general ledger

　　Adept in credit card management and reconciliation

　　Other special projects as requested

　　Prepare subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

　　Prepare monthly reconciliations and all supporting document

　　Requirements - Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Billing Functions experience

　　Proficiency in month end closings

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Property Tax

　　Accounts Receivable (AR) experience preferred

　　Foundational knowledge in bank reconciliations

　　Adeptness in journal entries

　　Progressive accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferredStrong analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills

　　Top notch analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision

　　Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

　　3+ years of related experience- Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Highly organized and self-motivated

　　Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines
