Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, managing administrative assistants, and performing secretarial duties
Optimize office policies and procedures to meet internal needs while upholding business standards
Execute various office administration and human resources tasks as assigned
Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers, and customers as a representative of our organization
Maintain smooth office systems, including ordering supplies, organizing filing systems, managing office equipment, optimizing the organizational budget, and scheduling meetings
Assist with record-keeping, job tracking, sending invoices, and processing payments to vendors, customers, and contractors
Qualifications:
Exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
2+ years of management experience strongly preferred
QuickBooks Online experience and general accounting skills are a must; limited training available due to the volume

Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
Progressive accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferrednavigating basic office equipment and protocols experience
QuickBooks experience
Administrative Assistance experience
Foundational knowledge in Administrative management
Command of Accounts Payable (AP)
Ability to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment
Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
Critical thinking skills and the ability to retain complex work directions
Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Ability to meet deadlines
