Please see the details below and apply if you are interested!Job Responsibilities:•    Must use Kronos and VIP software for time approval.•    Conduct payroll adjustments. •    Process bi-weekly payroll.•    Inputs new hires and employee changes.  •    Keep track of payroll files.•    Prepare withholding payments and tax returns.•    Prepare W-2s.•    Attend board meetings.•    Send pay requests to the bank.•    Prepare pension payments when needed.•    Oversee bank reconciliations.•    Prepare month end reports.•    Close monthly and annual books.•    Review requisitions and purchase orders.•    Generate reoccurring requisitions for payments.•    Generate 1099s.
