Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a Yardi Bookkeeper to join a large and well-known Real Estate company in Sacramento! This is a growing team that is expanding! This Bookkeeper would need to have both QuickBooks and Yardi software. This position is Monday-Thursday with every Friday off! (30 hours a week),

　　• Review/process incoming mail

　　• Post A/P for all entities (Yardi & QBO)

　　• Post A/R for all entities (Yardi & QBO)

　　• Post mortgages (Yardi)

　　• Post Tower’s rent-Business Park Drive office (QBO)

　　• Post tenant rents-may include picking up tenant rent checks on occasion (Yardi)

　　• Run checks (Yardi & QBO)

　　• Run (review for accuracy) P & L Reports (Yadi & QBO)

　　• Run (review for accuracy) other pertinent financial reports (Yardi & QBO)

　　• Process checks for signature

　　• Make deposits (if needed)

　　• Update tenant insurance files

　　• Update tenant rent increases

　　• Invoice real estate investment entities for property management, reimbursements, etc…

　　• Assist with review of GL for monthly quarterly and year end reports (Yardi & QBO)

　　• Assist with bank reconciliations-if needed (Yardi & QBO)

　　• Assist on CAM reconciliations & adjustments (Yardi)

　　• Schedule annual fire inspections

　　• Schedule annual backflow tests

　　The ideal candidate would be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work full-time in the office. 　　Requirements - Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

　　QuickBooks experience desired

　　BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

　　Experience using accounting software
