　　Job Description

　　It's an exciting time to be part of IFF, as we are offering rewarding employment in Penang, Malaysia, as Boilerman(Grade 1).

　　Responsibilities:

　　Ensuring smooth operation of steam boiler & utilities equipment.

　　Carry out preventive maintenance and repair work.

　　Compliance with safety procedures

　　Adherence to all company policies, rules and regulations and committed to company’s quality and continuous improvement programs such as MS ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001

　　Monitor overall performance and activities of steam boilers and Air Compressors.

　　Monitor Utilities consumption daily.

　　Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of workplace.

　　Facilities documentation.

　　To support site on new installation/equipment modification.

　　Any other tasks assigned by the superior.

　　Job Requirements

　　At least SPM with working in boiler operation for 3 years

　　Must possess Boilerman Grade 1 issued by DOSH.

　　Experience in food manufacturing will be added advantage.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office

　　Able to work on shift & off day.

　　Pleasant personality with good sense of responsibility.
