About BMS Controls Technician Level 1

　　Building Automation Controls Field Technician to perform field start up and service using engineering mechanical and electrical prints, wiring diagrams, etc. using a multi meter, laptop, utilize PLC type programs with laptop, hand held temperature, humidity and pressure sensors. Load and modify software into controllers, build and repair control panels.

　　Major skills needed to perform job:Read and understand electrical technical drawings.

　　Strong troubleshooting skills.Strong computer skills.Strong HVAC skills.

　　AAS-BS or equivalent experience required. Physical Exam and Reference Check. Must have own tools.
