ACTALENT IS HIRING MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS!! Job Description

　　We are currently seeking two highly proficient and quality-focused individuals to join our team on the first shift. These positions will support anticipated growth and will be instrumental in producing Pre-Operative Plans. The successful candidates will focus on their individual production efforts to meet both team and department production targets.

　　Enter segmentation request data into the database.

　　Review CT Scans for conformity to required protocol.

　　Segment CT Scan Data using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models.

　　Create Pre-Operative Surgical Plans for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Arthroplasty.

　　Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning.

　　Upload completed Pre-plans to field-based personnel.

　　Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures.

　　Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output.

　　This is an office-based role that offers a dynamic work environment.

　　Hard Skills

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

　　Experience in Salesforce or Materialize MIMICS is preferred.

　　Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

　　Prior certification or experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI) is preferred.

　　College-level anatomy course completion is advantageous.

　　Soft Skills

　　Strong customer service orientation.

　　Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

　　Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

　　Demonstrated efficient work methods.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications

　　Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

　　A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred in Sciences.

　　Certification in Nursing or related field is an added advantage.
