　　- Oversee production staff on 1st shift.

　　- Coordinate proper training for new employees.

　　- Troubleshoot or repair equipment if necessary.

　　- Experience with bindery machines: cutters (Polar), folders(MBO/Stahl), and stitchers (Martini).

　　- Coordinate safety meetings and attend production meetings.

　　- A plus if has experience with Hunkeler finishing lines.

　　- Delegate resources to pending jobs.

　　- Complete client orders on a timely basis.

　　Shift: 1st

　　Job type: Direct hire

　　Salary: \$60-75 K per year
