　　As we continue to grow, we need an Electrician to join our team in our facility in Kristiansand, Norway.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Building panels.

　　Cable termination in junction boxes and instruments.

　　Electrical final assembly.

　　Development of technical solutions.

　　Streamlining work processes

　　Requirements:

　　Trade certificate: panel builder, electrician, etc.

　　May be a recent Graduate.

　　Practical, independent, and collaborative mindset.

　　Norwegian Language Essential.

　　Moderate proficiency in English, both written and spoken

　　Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

　　Initiative and ability to work independently.

　　Proactive, independent, and solution oriented.

　　Accurate and systematic.

　　Ability to communicate with various teams and diverse cultural environments.

　　Thorough yet with the ability to see the big picture.

　　Strong communication skills across different professional subject areas.

　　Enjoy working in a team and capable of working independently.
