Your Role at KIK
The Manager, eCommerce will be the point person for all eCommerce activities within the Pool business unit. This position will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy which will drive growth of our eCommerce business. This role will be a part of the larger marketing team and will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to drive growth. What You’ll Be Doing
Develops the eCommerce Strategy to deliver against growth ambitions; includes where to play, product assortment, PDP content, ratings/reviews, advertising, and competitive intelligence.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams including sales, IT, customer service, finance, and logistics to align strategies and achieve business goals.
Analyzes and assesses business performance within eCommerce, including Sales and POS, identifies root causes and recommends actions to improve performance.
Actively manages eCommerce product page content, updating as needed for product changes, new product introductions, etc.
Develops and executes digital marketing campaign strategy to ensure brands remain top of mind across retail.com platforms; inclusive of developing budget recommendations and marketing mix across retailer and types to generate winning RoAS.
Partner with Retailer.com marketing teams and third-party agencies to analyze and optimize advertising campaign performance.
Lead brand protection initiatives intended to ensure the marketplace is free of unauthorized, sellers, counterfeit products, and any sourcing mechanisms that could damage brand integrity.
Partner with IT to maintain the Marketing Technology portfolio and innovation roadmap for KIK Pool Division’s Mass Retail Brands, inclusive of consumer brand pool care apps, product recommendation engine, and brand websites.
Manage the Clorox Pool consumer database to maximize efficiencies in mapping back to the Marketing CRM platform.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business Management or Data Analytics preferred.
5 or more years of experience working in marketing, eCommerce or a related field.
Experience working with Amazon retailer platform required; Walmart preferred, with and understanding of both 1P & 3P e-commerce. platform tools and technologies to optimize opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Experience developing, executing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns; strong knowledge of associated KPIs, how they tie together and how to interpret results.
Significant Analytical experience, especially related to sales/POS within eCommerce, digital advertising, etc.
Product Development experience developing consumer-facing mobile and web applications.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite, specifically, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience developing and presenting business proposals to peers and business leadership.
