About BILLING/INVOICING CLERK B SHIFT

　　General Description: Job responsibilities include creating manifests, billing orders, generating invoices and maintain spreadsheets. This position works closely with in-plant shipping and accounting.

　　Hours: Will be 4PM-12:30AM Monday through Saturday. Flexibility with hours and days worked is required or as needed.

　　Required skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, ECS, Red Prairie, and a 10-key calculator are used on a daily basis. General computer knowledge, effective communication skills, & the ability to multi-task are required; a good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and a 10-key calculator is a plus.

　　Education Requirements (if applicable)

　　• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
