One of our clients in the Brentwood area is looking for a Billing Specialist for a contract to permanent placement opportunity.

Issue and post bills, receipts, and invoices.

Check the validity of debit accounts.

Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments.

Prepare and present reports on billing activity.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any billing issues.

Collaborate with finance and sales professionals to maintain accurate accounts.

Assist with customer account reconciliations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a billing specialist.

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant accounting software.

Strong knowledge of billing procedures.

Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.

Excellent organizational skills.

Problem-solving attitude.

Able to work accurately under tight deadlines.

Degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field is a plus.
