　　Software Product Owner Lead – supporting software factory

　　Position Overview :

　　Communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills

　　Expertise in software development team structure, dynamics, and productivity metrics

　　Familiarity with commercial software development processes

　　Experience in software management techniques, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives

　　Expertise in software development methodologies and scaling of development efforts

　　Government Defined Labor Category Senior Engineer

　　Senior Engineers must have:

　　A) a associate’s degree in a technical field (this could include, but is not limited to: computer science, computer engineering, engineering, engineering management, information science, information systems management, information technology, mathematics, operations research, statistics, technology management and system engineering), with twenty (20) years of U.S. Navy Combat Systems experience, OR

　　B) a bachelor's degree in a technical field (this could include, but is not limited to: computer science, computer engineering, engineering, engineering management, information science, information systems management, information technology, mathematics, operations research, statistics, technology management and system engineering), with fifteen (15) years of relevant engineering experience (this could include, but is not limited to experience in DoD systems architectures, design, development, and test and evaluation; experience in concept definition, requirements definition and initial and detailed system design activities), OR

　　C) a master's degree in a technical field (this could include, but is not limited to: computer science, computer engineering, engineering, engineering management, information science, information systems management, information technology, mathematics, operations research, statistics, technology management and system engineering), with ten (10) years of relevant engineering experience (this could include, but is not limited to experience in DoD systems architectures, design, development, and test and evaluation; experience in concept definition, requirements definition and initial and detailed system design activities).

　　For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
