Description

Robert half is looking for several Billing Clerks based in Hempstead, Texas (100% onsite). As a Billing Clerk, your role will be pivotal in the organization and verification of various customer electronic invoicing, reconciling billing to EDI platforms, and ensuring all data entered is accurate. You will be part of a team where your ability to work independently, self-motivated, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks will be highly valued.

Pay Rate is up to $23/hr Depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate electronic invoicing daily for various customers.

• Verify all data entered is correct and accurate.

• Reconcile billing to EDI platforms.

• Process a high volume of invoices weekly.

• Organize daily duties and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Solve problems and take necessary action to achieve results.

• Communicate effectively with clients, both orally and in writing.

• Confidently Utilize Excel for pivots and lookups.

• Preferably will have experience with NetSuite or similar billing softwares.

• Maintain detailed and organized billing records.

Requirements

• Applicant must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role, specifically as a Billing Clerk.

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.

• Mastery of Billing Functions is necessary for this role.

• Familiarity with NetSuite is preferred.

• Strong customer communication skills are essential.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently handle multiple tasks.

• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach are required.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Ability to adhere to confidentiality protocols.

• Knowledge of standard office equipment and procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
