We have operated in Colorado for more than 100years and today have mining and milling operations near Leadville, Kremmlingand Empire. Our Climax mine is located between Frisco and Leadville. OurHenderson mine and mill are an hour's drive apart - separated by theContinental Divide and a 15-mile conveyor system (10 miles isunderground). The Henderson mine is about 50 miles west of Denver and 10miles west of Empire, and the mill is located between Dillon and Kremmling.

　　DescriptionSemi-skilled employee who under direct supervision safely assist withmaintenance and repair of equipment and processes in the Milling plantincluding mills, conveyors, screens and like systems.

　　Assist Mechanics with maintenance activities on Crushers, overlayingconveyor systems, ball mills, auto mills, screen decks, lubesystems, compressors, filter drums, hydraulic filter presses, foundrypumps and lubrication systemsAssist with and performs preventative maintenance activities on MillequipmentComplete Work Orders and other maintenance documentationPerform housekeeping duties and work area checksMay operate mobile equipmentPerform other duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications include but are not limited to:

　　Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-relatedinstructions and procedures given in EnglishAbility to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, jobprocedures, and applicable safety standardsMust have completed academic and practical competencies required (thisincludes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOPExists) and have experience demonstrating the required aptitude. Theselected candidate shall demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge and skillswhile also passing a written assessment where required. This exam is based onskills/abilities and/or academic knowledge; as well as safety.Preferred Qualifications Include:
