　　Join our team! We are a recruiting company actively seeking a Billing Clerk to contribute to the financial operations of our client. If you have proven experience as a Billing Clerk or possess general accounting skills, we want to hear from you. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

　　Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address billing inquiries.

　　Ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures.

　　Utilize MS Office, especially Excel, for efficient data management.

　　Apply excellent math ability to calculate and verify billing amounts.

　　Maintain organized records of billing transactions.

　　Requirements

　　High school diploma; further education will be a plus.

　　Prior experience as a Billing Clerk or in general accounting roles (preferred but not required)

　　Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

　　Strong math skills with attention to detail.

　　Excellent organizational and communication skills.

　　Note: This is not a remote position; candidates must be willing to work onsite.
