Description:

　　Person will need to use their own vehicle while on contract.

　　Field Engineer must have outside plant design knowledge and be capable of designing outside plant work orders, providing administrative and field support to the outside plant provisioning process.

　　Site Surveys and IFP long haul fielding.

　　The individual must be knowledgeable with all municipal and governmental requirements for all work. Prepare work orders drawings and documentation.

　　Provide work order estimates expenditures. Obtain permits.

　　Provide administrative and field support to the outside plant.

　　Utilize facility analysis process to select areas for rehabilitation. Coordinate field work. Analysis of reports

　　Skills:

　　Telecommunication, OSP, cable, Autocad, Arcgis, Plant engineering, Google earth, Fiber optic design, Design, Telecom, Gis, Spatial net, Survey, Drafting/design, Autocadd, Permitting, Drafting

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　2-5 year experience in fielding for Outside Plant

　　Site surveys

　　Must have knowledge of telephone industry standards. Must be able to read and interpret mechanized assignment records, PC applications, OSP records.

　　Knowledge in understanding Infrastructure plans (highway, sewer, bridge, etc.).

　　ATT experience with Outside Plant knowledge is a huge plus

　　Knowledge of designing outside plant work orders. Knowledge of BTS/Aramis huge plus

　　Familiarity with the various communications outside plant engineering concepts

　　The person will be driving their own vehicle for the contract portion. Will be paid for mileage (.65).
