Job Description:

　　Aston Carter partnered up with world's leading convenience store company that is looking to add an Billing Analyst to their team. Excellent opportunity for a new graduate who is looking for a career in accounting!

　　Reconciling orders for fuel to match bill of ladings and match the invoice sent to the store.

　　Three way match – purchase orders, BOL (bill of lading or manifest), waybill/delivery receipt

　　Manually entering provided support documentation from carriers into PDI

　　Analyzing and solving billing issues as they arise, while communicating with leadership, accounts payable, freight and tax teams.

　　Processing billings and adjustments in a timely and accurate manner.

　　Sustaining daily communication with Dealer Business Consultants when discrepancies arise between bill of lading and waybill or supplier.

　　Facilitate ACH payments with external merchants

　　Assist with new merchant setups, credit card imports, wire transfers

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.

　　0-1 years relevant work experience.

　　An understanding of accounting procedure, accounting concepts and internal control processes in general accounting.

　　Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

　　Good analytical and problem-solving skills are needed.

　　Self-starter and work with minimum supervision.

　　Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
