　　What’s a typical day as a Bilingual Receptionist? You’ll be:

　　• Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate location or referral

　　• Checking incoming emails from the website and directing them to the attorney and/or assistant

　　• Providing translation services when needed, both in person and via phone

　　• Attending to clients' needs, such as getting coffee, water, or sodas, and taking them to appropriate locations

　　• Scheduling phone appointments

　　• Calling attorney's clients for reminder appointments the day before

　　• Scanning newly closed files for the attorneys

　　• Collecting intake forms from new clients and entering their information into Tabs3

　　• Translating documents in a timely manner

　　• Notarizing documents when necessary

　　• Dispersing mail and packages that are delivered

　　• Completing other duties as assigned by the Office Administrator

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　• Are bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish

　　• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

　　• Are organized and detail-oriented

　　• Have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

　　• Have strong customer service skills

　　• Are proficient in using office equipment and computer software

　　• Have previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred)
