KUNP is looking for a Multi-Media Journalist for our Spanish Language Univision station. Your responsibility as an MMJ for KUNP will include reporting, shooting and editing news stories, enterprising story ideas, developing contacts, as well as other responsibilities as assigned for production of daily news stories for Spanish Language television. Successful applicants understand the unique writing requirements and broadcast presentation style required for Spanish Language television. We expect you to develop strong ties to the Hispanic community in the greater Portland area and develop original stories of interest to this community. In addition, duties include producing at least one of your Spanish Language stories each week in English for KATU. You will be expected to produce daily content on a variety of platforms including the internet, social networking sites and mobile phones, in addition to television.

　　Skills and Experience: Sharp news judgment The ability to tell an NPPA style story Excellent sourcing for stories is essential' Strong use of social media on multiple platforms Excellent technical skills The ability to work well independently Must have and maintain a valid license and a good driving record Requirements and Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years reporting experience is required Spanish language fluency and literacy (writing) is required Experience with live shots is required Experience with Live-U is a plus While applying online, please include a link to your online demo reel
