  INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  We are one of the nation’s top automobile loan providers and we are searching for an ambitious, highly personable Inside Sales Manager to help us expand our dealer base over the phone. You will use a variety of tactics including cold calling to increase our dealer population so we can help even more customers finance the car of their dreams. You’ll be highly successful in this role if you are self-motivating, have the drive to bring in business and the ability to close deals through effective relationship building.

  WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  Acquiring new franchise and independent automobile dealers nationwide through phone calls and email follow up. We need you to build relationships and elicit sales from dealer personnel in a manner that generates repeat business, dealer network expansion, and reinforces Credito Real USA

  Finance as the sub-prime lender of choice!

  Educating your dealers on our multiple program types, the value of our programs, program guidelines and making sure they understand how to use our programs to help them be successful in building their business.

  Increasing customer application and contract volumes.

  Supporting the Loan Origination departments (Funding and Underwriting) in their efforts to secure customer information and book the contract.

  Building referral pipelines and follow up on new leads. You will own your market and you will only be successful if you have good account management and follow up skills.

  Perform other duties as assigned.

  ESSENTIALS THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

  Someone with strong closing ability over the phone.

  Strong desire to be #1 with a tenacious work ethic (must be driven & self-motivated).

  Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening).

  Strong problem-solving mind (to help you overcome sales hurdles).

  Ability to build strong relationships over the phone and forge a connection with dealership personnel that inspires repeat business.

  Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

  EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  High school graduate/GED preferred.

  2+ years’ previous experience in a Sales role required. Preferably in B2B sales, auto sales or phone sales.

  A minimum of 7 months experience working in consumer finance industry (Verifications. Dealer Support).

  Bi-lingual Spanish required.

  PHYSICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS

  Must be able to sit in sedentary position for extended periods of time.COMPENSATION

  Base salary + commission.

  Job Types: Full-time, Commission
