　　We are seeking a detail oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient financial operations. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, managing and processing receivables for specific customer accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, collections, and working closely with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies. 　　Daily Accounts Receivable Billing:

　　Sales order review for completeness

　　Surcharge calculations

　　Invoice generation

　　Invoice/shipper troubleshooting

　　RMA research/credit generation

　　Handles customer calls with regards to shipments and invoices.

　　Makes deliqency calls - sends emails.

　　Diligent in collections.

　　Process dunning letters
