Do you enjoy collaborating with members, answering questions, and educating others? Join the Financial Services and Retirement Solutions team which assists current members, plan sponsors and brokers with account maintenance.
Start Date - March 18th 2024
Office Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00PM ( M-F)
MUST have open availability during office hours to work an 8 hour shift of the managers choosing
Pay: $19 an hour
Opportunity to become Security Industry Essentials certified and Finra Series 6 licensed

Responsibilities
Fielding an average of 50 - 60 inbound private client calls per day from members, plan sponsors and brokers regarding Financial Services and Retirement planning; discussing plan options and updating account information.
Provides prompt efficient service for assigned product and/or service center internal and external customers.
Coordinates full communication between contract holders, producers, and with internal departments.
What you need
Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish
Sitting for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate with members over the phone and resolve issues
Solid customer service skills, and proficiency with technology
Solid communication both written and verbal
Basic mathematics, familiarity with office filing systems and record keeping procedures, and problem-solving techniques.
Education
Completed degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a similar discipline preferredQualifications
Due to fiduciary guidelines applicants must submit to and pass a background and credit check
Submitting to a drug test is also required
