Shipyard Welding Opportunities
Description:
Minimum 5 years experience in welding
Able to perform various weld joints with multiple passes: all positions Vertical, Horizontal, and Overheard
Experience cutting and gouging with Carbon Electrodes to cut, shape, and groove metal
Welding with CERAMIC BACKING TAPE is required to pass the assessment
Ability to weld parts in position for fabrication of vessels, tanks or other structural assemblies.
Ability to weld together metal components of products, as specified by layout, blueprints, diagram, work order, welding procedures, or oral instructions, using electric arc-welding equipment.
