POSITION TITLE: Bilingual Behavioral Health Provider

　　CLASSIFICATION: Full-time 30-40 hours per week; Exempt

　　Summary of Position:

　　Under the supervision of the Behavioral Health Director the ideal candidateassists in the care of patients of any age and with any health condition;delivering education and interventions to support integrated health team.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Utilize brief psychological screening tools and clinical interviewingskills to provide a comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, andtreatment plan.Evaluate patients in crisis situations (such as those experiencingsuicidal and homicidal ideation) to determine appropriate course ofintervention and execute referrals, as necessary.Employ motivational interviewing interventions to address behavioralhealth needs.Facilitate group-based psycho-educational interventions.Make appropriate referrals to Psychiatry services, Spiritual Health,and community-based referral partners as necessary.Facilitate holistic and comprehensive healthcare within an integratedprimary care setting.Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to address behavioral,physical, and spiritual health.Provide individual psychotherapy services and other appropriateinterventions for patients across the age continuum.Actively participate in meetings and training's that support theclinic's integrated health care model to provide comprehensive carefor clients.Engage in appropriate supervision and document encounters properly toensure ethical service delivery.Perform other duties as required.This position description in no way states or implies that these are the onlyduties to be performed by the team member occupying this position. 　　Education and/or Experience:

　　Master's degree in Social Work or related field (LCSW or LPC) in theState of Colorado and licensed or registered for (LSW or LPCC)licensure through DORA.Two (2) years of clinical experience preferred.Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.Experience providing brief interventions and providing individual,couples, family, and group counseling.Experience working with diverse populations.

　　Physical And Equipment Requirements:

　　Normal work environment is in an office and medical and dental clinicalsetting, which involves some physical risks requiring basic safetyprecautions.This position routinely requires sitting, standing, bending/stooping,operating a computer for extended periods, and lifting or carryingobjects up to 25 pounds.Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.This position requires the ability to hear routine conversations and tohave the ability to comprehend both oral and written communicationsReasonable accommodation can be made to enable qualified candidates toperform the described essential functions of this position.Standard office equipment including co puter, copier, fax andtelephones, and cell phones.Must comply with ICHC policy on use of cell phones while driving a caron ICHC business.
