Description
Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for an HRIS Analyst to support a 3-6 month contract role with a High Education client in the Columbus area. The ideal candidate will have experience/aptitude for HRIS systems and HR business processes. Specific activities include: documenting paycodes, analyzing HR data, running reports, creating dashboards and management reports, assisting with workflow process, updating Active Directory with employee changes, support to payroll process redesign, working with vendor on updating online courses (and helping employees with those courses), updating employee data, creating position control numbers, mapping and creating new workflow processes, updating performance management program and process, enhancing employee portal, manage compliance training system/process, and creating a job description repository. Role will initially be based onsite at the client's location in Columbus, with potential for a hybrid schedule once up to speed.
Requirements
-2-3 years of HR experience, to include working in HRIS and payroll systems
-Experience with HR Generalist business processes
-Experience with payroll
-Strong systems acumen and interest in mastering features of the HRIS system
-Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
-Good teaming and communication skills
-Prior experience with Paycor a plus, but not required
