Pay Scale:
$15-$17 hourly
Starting salaries and total compensation packages are determined individually, with factors such as educational achievement, work experience, skills, expertise, and training taken into consideration.
Primary Responsibilities:
Review and verify invoices and check requestsSet up invoices for paymentPost transactions to journals, ledgers, and other recordsReconcile accounts payable transactionsResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies and issuesMaintain W9sAssist with month-end closingCorrespond with clients and respond to inquiriesRequired Skills:
General knowledge of accounts payable and accounting proceduresProficiency in MS Excel and other relevant accounting softwareProficiency in data entry and 10-key with minimal error rateClient Service MindsetAbility to learn new skills and platforms as needed for new projectsAptitude for self-guided learning on new technologyQualifications:
