　　Minimum pay rate: \$19.50 per hour

　　\$2,500 Sign on Bonus*

　　1st Shift Schedule:

　　This position is for 1st shift.

　　Monday Friday 7:00AM 3:30PM

　　Overtime available on a business need basis.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly

　　Accurately read blueprints.

　　Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools.

　　Accurately read and follow procedures, routing, and other workinstructions.

　　Take ownership of the accuracy of processes and understand the impact ofnonconforming work.

　　Must be able to effectively work in an environment requiring repetitivejob responsibilities.

　　Ability to focus on safety and quality is extremely important.

　　Must be highly motivated and dedicated to exceeding customerexpectations. Build parts that meet drawing specifications.

　　Comply with applicable elements of quality systems (ACE).

　　Meet internal and external customer deadlines as determined by the team.

　　Work successfully in a team environment.

　　Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certification as required.

　　Comply with safety and hazardous waste disposal programs.

　　Handle multiple tasks

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Typically requires a HS diploma or GED. In the absence of a diploma orGED, 2 years of relevant experience required.

　　Must be a U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident \"Green Card\" holder.
